I tried to submit a Support Request via the Subscription website, but it appears to be down. My central file appears to be corrupted.
Error message:
"Data file in ****.rvt is corrupt and needs to be manually recovered. Please contact Autodesk Support."
I tried to open the central file directly, with and without Audit selected. Still gettting the error message.
I think the user in the remote office was saving to central when the network connection was lost......... this is when I believe the cenral file got corrupted.
I need to get this issue resolved before Monday when the users start working on the model.
Does anyone have any suggestions...... or autodesk contacts...........
