Preview Thumbnail Save

Hi All,
I wish to save a thumbnail of a 3D (named) view in Revit 2010. I have used the "SaveAs>Option>Preview>Force regeneration if view not up to date" technique, however it does not seem to recognise the zoom factor and reverts to image extents (I want a Zoomed In view). Am I overlooking something simple?

I think you need to save the zoomed in view (right-click the view cube to save view) for that to work.
