Default Bidirectional Link with ACA and Revit

Is there a way with QTO to maintain a bidirectional link between the model and the takeoff so that quantities will automatically update based on revisions in the model? For instance if I stretch a wall 12' can I automatically update the QTO by a refresh and be confident that the materials and labor have updated?

Unfortunately there is not anything like this for QTO. You will have to go through the typical process of exporting the updated model from ACA and updating your takeoff in QTO.
