    Default CSV Import to Table

In AutoCAD 2009, if I import a CSV file (text imported using Paste Special as AutoCAD objects) into a drawing, the text is brought in as Standard text style colored White in a table. To change the text style of each cell, I have to manually revise each and every instance of text to Romans and Color Bylayer. This is a very tedious process. I have to imagine that there is a better way to accomplish this task with either an AutoLisp routine or something that I am obviously unaware of.

If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

have you defined and set current a TableStyle that has the settings you want _before_ importing the csv file?
