Civil 2010 communication center error?

I think this is the communication center going banannas....never seen this pop up before.

Fire up Civil and it's error-rama, seems to continue just fine if I mash the continue button. If it was just one error line, I'd ignore it....but this is a pretty good sized fail.

Any ideas? Attached a text file so this post wouldn't be half a mile long.

I've seen that error a couple of times when starting Civil 3D 2010, but if I try restarting C3D, it starts normally. It's only happened a couple of times total for me, once a few weeks ago and once several months ago, so I've kind of ignored it. No idea what causes it.

Yeah I have seen it once or twice so far....seems to happen as often as profiles fail to load. Restarting it usually ends up working okay. Used to have lots of trouble with the communication center a few years ago. Was hoping those weren't going to continue.

Getting a lot of boot errors on all versions of CAD these days. I think our server is tapped out. Too many MP3's and old emails archived.
