Hi,
I did a couple of searches on the forum and browsed some threads but couldn't really find the specific question/answer that matched mine (perhaps because my issue is too basic).
I'm setting up some templates for my office and am wondering about the "Load" button under
Big R (that's what I refer to it as)\Export\Options\Export Layers DWG/DXF
When I click "Load...", the "Export Layer File" that it's looking for is a .txt file but I was wondering if there are .txt files out there that are formatted for AEC standards or anything like that at all? So far, I haven't really heard anyone in the office complain about the exported dwgs coming from Revit but I wanted to ask since I'm not very familiar with this part of Revit (in addition to a bunch of other areas). Or can one utilize a ctb file in place of the txt file by changing the extension or something? (I'm a AutoCAD noob too)
If anyone has any information that would help me on this, that would be great!
Thanks in advance!
