    How do I copy an assembly from one drawing to another in 3D 2010

    Drag and drop the assembly into a tool palette. Then you can drop it from the palette into any drawing.

    You can also wblock it out then insert it and I believe copy/paste will work as well (make sure you select all the subassemblies as well as the assembly).

    I've had issues with using copy/past. It likes to throw out the subassemblies across the drawing. Then you have to drag them back and reattach them.
