    Default Point Coordinate Import Issue

Civil3d 2011 newbie here... Maybe I'm not even posting in the right forum???
I have finally successfully imported a txt file of coordinates. The bad news is that while the drawing's point database lists the correct coordinates, the point markers and labels are drawn 30 feet south of the actual location. This is a consistant distance for all the points in the drawing.

This is happening with all other txt file imports as well but the offset distance is different for each drawing.

The offset gets greater as the coordinates increase in size (away from 0,0).

I am thinking there is some sort of scale factor involved but I cannot locate it.

I have attached a screen dump illustrating the problem.

    Any help???

Could be the coordinate system (datums) or units international feet vs. US Survey feet.

Thanks. I had my drawing set to US Survey feet. I didn't know I needed to change the Survey Database as well. Thanks for the help.
