nested annotation and snap: titleblock

hi all,

i want to have a part of the titleblock
as a shared annotation across several titleblocks.

We have a large design group and the titleblock
might change in the composition of the team, sometimes
right before the deadline!

So... I nested an annotation as a generic annotation
into the titleblock... and that would work

BUT... it doesn't snap!

so I can't align it properly to the sheet lines...

if you look at the attached image.. we are talking
about the lower right part of the sheet.

any tips on this?
