Zone Error

When attempting to upload to green building studios using the desktop client it bring up a web page with an error stating that there is only one zone in the gbXML file containing all the spaces, resulting in the number of faces being too large for one zone. The advice is to create more zones to reduce the number of faces per zone.


However, we did this in such a manner that each space is assigned to its own zone - though we still get the error?


The default zone is still present, but contains no spaces and we do not know of a way to delete it. Could it be causing the trouble?

The specific error:

1. This gbXML file contains only one zone (Zone id= zone-Default) which is assigned to spaces containing 3096 surfaces and 385 openings. This exceeds the limits of our DOE-2 simulation program. Define additional zones in your model to reduce the number of surfaces and openings assigned to a single zone.
