    Angry Invisible Dimensions

Lately, within ACAD2005 when I choose linear dimension, right click, for the pick box, and choose the line that I want to quickly get a dimension for...after right-clicking for enter, the dimension flashes for a moment then disappears before I have a chance to project it to the side or otherwise. This is a new problem and has never been acting like this since I had to reinstall the program. Can anybody help me ? Do I need to change a setting in "Options" ?
    Thank you in advance !

It seems the DRAGMODE setting was the culprit ! Thank you AUGI ! -JP

Does this happen in every drawing? Have run run the Registry Repair option for AutoCAD?

    Thumbs up Re: Invisible Dimensions

Thank you all for your help. As it turned out layer 0 was turned off. Thanks again Mike.
