Is there any way to get AutoCAD to calculate the static pressure in a duct? I can't even find the term used in the HELP menu and older blogs suggest using a different software for it. Can we expect something in the next version?

I contacted Lyubo Stanev, an instructor at Total Cad Systems in Houston, and was informed that AutoCAD MEP does NOT calculate static pressure and not to expect it in the new release. Bummer!

Any new developments on this? Autodesk Labs once offered "MEP Analysis Extension for AutoCAD MEP", which sounds like it did calc system static pressure. The trial ended, but no mention of it after that. I emailed Autodesk Labs and asked but did not get a response.
