1/3 Staggered Running Bond

I can't seem to be able to figure out the syntax / code for creating what I believe is referred to as "1/3 Staggered Running Bond" pattern for a 12" x 24" tile. If that is not the correct terminology, please correct me.

Anyone have a .pat.

I drew the pattern I'm after (attached). any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

In case anyone was interested I solved the problem. Painfully complicated to figure out something so simple. For me anyway! PAT files are attached. Or text below:

For 12x24:

Running3.pngBoth of the above posted files are formatted for Revit.
When I loaded the 12x24 into AutoCAD, it didn't display correctly so I created the attached version.
