Microsoft Visual Basic Error

when I open up a dwg with a pipe network I get a visual basic error
See attached word documents
what do i have to download to fix this problem? ive already downloaded 64 bit vba from autodesk site
error goes on to say this command with stop the debugger
Everytime i change pipe networkt those errors and screens pop up

Thank you not sure what it is still, I fixed it by installing Civil 3d 2009 & with all the service packs, then I installed Civil3D 2010 along with all the service packs and no longer receive the error....so I really dont know what fixed it other than we can now get back to being productive in designing for our clients.
