Has anyone been able to publish a layout using the Plot Area settings in the Page Setup? Setting the plot area to Extents in the Page Setup works for the preview regardless of the layout zoom. Publish always uses the view area in the layout and anyone opening the DWF file has to zoom out to see the all the objects inside the layout viewport. Is it possible to set publishing to default so that the entire layout is visible when you open the DWF file?
