Content Browser Not Working

I am using AutoCad MEP 2011...when I open my content browser to import a tool palette it is blank (see screen shot below). It will allow me to type in the search box, but it won't do anything else. I have tried running a repair...nothing. I installed the 2012 Trial...same problem. I had 2010 and upgraded to 2011, everything was working fine for several months...then my browser stops working...then some of my palettes disappear from the tool palettes menu.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you resolve it?

I am having the same issue. I'm running AutoCad Architecture 2010 on a Windows 7 64bit machine. Has anyone had any luck fixing this issue? I would post a screen shot of mine but it is identical to yours. Help please! I need my content browser. I'm guessing it might be an Internet Explorer issue. I was running IE8, I thought from other research I'd done that IE might be the culprit so I updated to IE9, no changes.

Do you have multiple versions of AutoCad installed? I never did find a cure for the problem. I ended up uninstalling all previous versions of AutoCad from my computer, repair/reinstall in 2012, then everything came back and is still working great. I know it is not the solution anyone would like, but it's the one that worked for me.
