Print Spooler File Location or Printer Description File Search Path?

What's the difference between the two? I'm trying to map pc3 files and pmp files but I dont know which one to pick. I'm confused!

While you are in the Options dialog, press the HELP button.
It should take you to the page where this is all documented.

does the spooler file location have any meaning these days? IIRC it was used by autospool, but with windows handling spooling and printing, is the acad location used at all?
