Blocks with attributes

Hello there: Cad 2011
I have a drawing drawn 1:1 with a lot of blocks with attributes. Now, when I plot it at scale 1/100 it looks OK; however, when plot at 1/200 blocks and attributes looks too small to read.
Question? there is any way I could set it up so the blocks and attributes scale up or down depending on the scale factor on paper space. (I dont understant how Annotative works)
