Default Black specks in normal map render

    Hello folks!

Well I'm having a bit of a problem with rendering a normal map via "Render to texture". It renders with alot of black specks all over the map. (see attached image)

I rendered it with a much higher resolution and found that the black specs seem to appear along the edges of each polygon.

And no I'm not using a projection map...

    Thanks for any help!

Nice upper! Strange artifacts indeed. Are you using the default scanline renderer or Mental Ray?
