Beams and reinforcement

Hi! I have a big question today. I have a concrete beam, a variable section concrete beam, and I need to put the reinforcement. The result may be like the shown in the image (The green lines represents the stirrups). Can I get something like that just with the rebar command in revit?

Yes you can, but you have to work a lot.
There are 2 possibilities:
1) Try to model the reinforcement in 3d an
2) Make some sections and draw the reinf. with detail lines like you would in ACAD.

If you don't have enough time to learn to do that in Revit, use ASD Reinforcement.

have you solved that problem>? if i want to change the stirrups space in beams, how can i do it? (eg. in each side a=150mm, between a = 200mm.)

I'd bet the revit extension for concrete reinf wouldn't be that difficult.
In RS2012 they did greatly improve rebar modeling by face and adding actual modeled elements, not just the graphical representation. You are then allowed to adjust as required.
