HOW TO POPULATE BLOCK ATTRIBUTE (TEXT) FROM TITLE SHEET DATA

I need to create additional layout tabs with a title sheet inserted in each. The title sheet includes text attributes describing values A, B, C etc; In addition, I need to insert several different text blocks into each new layout that include the text value attributed to A,B,C for that layout. These values remain constant within each layout but differ to other layouts.
So I'm hoping to type the individual values for A,B,C etc, only once per layout.
Any thoughts on how this could be simplified?

(Not sure what version you're using?)

Have you considered using Custom Properties with Sheet Set Manager (SSM) and simply populating said attributes with a Field which references the respective Custom Property(s)?
