Hi Tom
Please note I've *moved* this thread from the ATP Course Wishlist Forum to this one as I feel this particular Forum is a more appropriate place for such a topic.
Thanks, Mike

Tom,
What sort of RAW data do you have to work with?
I would be happy to contact you to discuss the data
you have and the direction you would like to go with
it, just let me know if that is acceptable.
Or post all relevant information here and we will
post to each other.
Or we can have a chat off-line and then provide a concise
summary to these forums.
I summary;
Map can import a wide variety of industry standard GIS data.
MAP is well suited to performing topology analysis and overlay topologies.
MAP can perform various route planing and analysis routines.
MAP can migrate ARCview, and ESRI data into a MAP-centric GIS
environment. MAP is reasonably well adapted to Facilities Management
activities.
There are a few features within ARCinfo/ARCview that are not yet fully actualized in MAP
some are provided in MAP Guide some are not.
Plotting MAP sets is fairly straight forward if you dont follow the help file's instructions.
