Parametric Constraints

Hi,

I am running AutoCAD Architecture 2009 for a new company I recently started at. I noticed that there are no parametric constraints tools available. I have used a standard, previous release, autocad build in the past where I know for a fact that it came with the parametric constraints tools for basic 2d design.

Can anyone confirm this?

Is there an option that I possibly may have missed when installing AutoCAD Architecture 2009?

I think it's lame if this was removed for this version of Autocad, seeing that it appears Autodesk added the parametric constraints back in the latest version.

I need these tools for my daily design work. Can anyone provide any insight?

Parametric constraints were first added to AutoCAD in the 2010 release, so if you are using a 2009 product, you will not have those available.

In ACA 2010, the parametric constraints did not work on AEC objects, only AutoCAD objects. In ACA 2011, a limited number of constraints were enabled for some AEC objects.
