    Default Alignment Labels Directions

How do I get my station labels to read in the increasing order with the direction of the alignment?

    That should happen automatically.

I guess what I mean is so that the chainage 1+000 reads from left to right as it increases in the direction of the alignment. right now it sometimes reads that way but then flips the other way further down the alignment.

Alignment Label Style > Major Station > [choose style in use] > General Tab > Plan Readability = false

Try that and see if that is what you are looking for.

Thanks, I have been messing with that and it has to be set to True, but it may have something to do with the plan readability bias, I have tried different combinations of that but it doesn't work for all major station labels.
