Default RSA 2011 can do RC post tension design ?

I want to design post tension beam and slab.
It seem that RSA 2011 does not have anything for them.

Yes you can, but this is basically a hand-crafted approach.
You can use the tension-only cable elements and employ compatibility nodes to fit the tendons into structural shells.
You will encounter a huge amount of toil, sweat and tears though, because of certain peculiarities of Robot (like FE stickyness) and because, well, Autodesk is disinterested with Robot to the point where it doesn't know where their own forum for Robot is: http://twitter.com/#!/autodesk/status/69013626203291648

    tngv,
You can read about Adapt at this point and about Safe at this point.
