Default Aerial image used as decal obscuring model

So on Friday I created a decal with an aerial view of my site, put it on a floor and built my model on top of this. Everything worked fine. This morning my boss opens the file and the decal completely obscures the model unless you tilt the view down far enough to get the model elements to poke up above the edge of the decal.

What happened and (more importantly) how do I fix it? I tried changing the image file from jpeg to png without success.

**Turns out it was a computer issue. No fix needed.**
