Revit activation probleme

hello,
I have a problem to activate the Revit educational license,
I got a serial number for Autodesk Education, instalation goes well, I can use Revit in trial mode. But when I want activate the licence, the dialog window is blank. (screenshot in attach file).
I tried with several versions of Revit (2010, 2011 and 2012) but the problem is the same.
I am using winows 7 pro on a MacBookPro (with bootcamp) and I cut off all firewalls during Registration.
What ca i do ?

The whole process around student registering, logging on, software downloading and validating can be fraught with problems or can be as fast and slick as ever. It's a lucky dip.
They have just changed the student site I see, and yesterday I could not even get a student to the software download page successfully. So I am not surprised you have a problem, but this one I haven't seen before.
I am not an experienced MAC person, so not even going to suggest anything about that area.
But, there used to be a facility where if you logged on to the student community and went to MY SOFTWARE it would give your serial and product codes. You may have written them down anyway as your download started. Are you able to go through a manual activation once you have a project open? I.E. not through the screen that automatically pops once Revit has loaded?

That's all I can think of.
