Concrete Hatch Display

Hello,

My concrete hatch pattern isn't displaying correctly when I do a region hatch in Revit MEP.

Any ideas?

Check that the concrete pattern is set to the concrete fill pattern type. I have seen newbies go too far into the settings to change the fill patterns. ie: they created a diagonal up pattern. Then go to the diagonal up pattern type properties and change that pattern to concrete. This results in changing all the diagonal up fill patterns in the project to a concrete pattern, and thus results in their last pattern showing up as concrete even though it is called "diagonal up". I hope that makes sense.

Another tip is if your project was upgraded from a previous version you may have to open a new project from a default template and transfer the materials from the template file to your upgraded file. This was an issue in 2010 projects being upgraded to 2011 if I remember correctly.

I have seen this before, except it was on a custom hatch pattern I made.
I just had to change the scale and than change it back than it displayed correctly.
