Question Use Face Based Void Family to Cut Host Beam Family?

    Hi.

I have read you can use a nested void family that when placed inside your main family it will cut the object.

I haven't been able to get this to work.

    Nested Family:
    - Face Based Generic Model with a Void Extrusion

    Main Family:
    - Structural Beam with Void Extrusion nested family to cut holes in the beam.

Has anyone actually got this to work, or is it just mythic theory?
