Fill region covering up eelctrical symbologies

Hey,
I am having some issues with revit 2011 mep I have my fill region set to transparent but i am unable to see my symbols annotation for my electrical equipment through the region... any thought on how to fix that.

I'm not seeing any issue with that. Double-check you fill pattern. Make sure it really is transparent.

Here is what I am comming up with. Is it possibly have some thing to do with linked files ,Because I was not able to duplicate this problem in my start templete. see attached
