No, I haven't seen that before, but its not an issue with your file. It has to do with your installation of Map. I would check with tech support if you are a subscription customer. You might also try a repair of the installation. Doesn't take long and its easy. btw, "class" is referring to the program's classes defined in the registry.

I've repaired C3D. No luck. Also, I don't have MAP installed.
IT support is out for now, but once he takes a look at the registry I'll let you know the outcome.

If a repair didn't work (and there are some options you could have checked to add to the scope of what gets repaired), then you could try an uninstall/reinstall. You can also contact tech support via subscription center.

Technically, you do have Map installed since C3D is based upon it. The error system you showed is a Map feature.

Also, I don't believe the term "class" as used refers to a geodb type, since its coming from an internal error...but I could be wrong. At what point do you get the error, upon opening C3D with no dwgs or Drawing1? Issuing a command? or is it after you open a project file that you get the error? If the latter, it could be due to your data.

As Ed pointed out, C3D is built on top of Map, and those are Map errors.

Yea, So I contacted subscription support, and they are going through the files. I'm pretty sure that there are some bad tables in either the survey or the GIS we recived. The error occurs when opening proj. files or regening/reloading xrefs.

Thanks for your help guys, I'll keep you posted when a solution is found.
