    Default Reference Plane?

I want to put an insertion point on a symbol I've created in Revit. I've read in several places that the way to do this is create 2 insersecting reference planes and check the Define Origins button in the instance properties. Here's the problem - while I am in the family editor there doesn't seem to be a reference plane button! I have reference line and work plane, but reference plane illudes me. If anyone could tell me where that's hidden that'd be great, thanks

    Default Re: Reference Plane?

Nevermind, it looks like all I needed to do was start the family from a different template. With different templates you get completely different panels and buttons.
