steel column on top of concrete column

i've made a design for a structure which i needed to make higher so i chose to make this with steal but somehow the my moment from steal colums don't really transfer to the RC column can somebody help me?

thanks mate just figured this out now and wanted to post ))) but if i wouldn't have this answer would have helped me alot thanks :P ...interesting didn't think a 90 rotation of a 45x45 concrete column would matter,apparently it does

the problem wasn´t that.If the axis are not aligned when you mark to show My ,diagrams shown will be phased by 90 degrees.In your case ,the concrete and steel columms were showing moments in different directions.
