in full acad, under express tools, there are matched tools to Export Attribute Data, and Import Attribute Data. I suspect that will get you where you need to be, but not in LT

Actuall, it's pretty trivial to import the delimited file into a spreadsheet program, modify it there, and save it back for importing.
