Default Seeking a way to render walls that are opaque to sunlight but are invisible to the camera.

    Using plain vanilla AutoCAD 2008.

I'm doing an interior office scene with windows, furniture, suspended ceiling & lights, etc.

I want to use natural sun and sky illumination through the windows, so... is there a way to make the "fourth wall" of the room invisible to the camera, while it blocks sunlight from that side of the room?

Web search results suggest that ACAD 2011 and 3DS permit this. Can't find a clue regarding 2008. Any Ideas?

Bad suggestion. Must remember to think before typing.

Could you place a 3dface "behind" the camera?

    Edit -

BTW, you can place a 3d object on a separate layer and, with that layer "off", it won't be plotted but it will still affect other objects as if it were "on" whilst, with the layer "frozen", it will have no effect on the scene at all.
