Ecotect is almost useless for artificial lighting analysis for two reasons. Please prove me wrong on this if you can:

1-Reflectance values of surfaces are not considered. If you do the calculation with a reflectance of 90% or 0% on the walls by changing the colors, the results are the exact same when analyzing artificial light. This proves to me that reflectances are fully ignored.

2-Lack of real IES file support. Ecotect simply takes one screenshot of the IES file and rotates it, this results in non accurate IES files and makes the whole process useless.

Sorry for pointing out the negative aspect of Ecotect, but I find this software useless for my needs because of these two factors. Once again, I would love to be proven wrong on these two items.
