Missing level lines

I have a series of floorplans which don't appear to have level lines in one particular elevation.

Is there any way I can create a level line for an existing floorplan?

In order for a level datum to show in an elevation view it must intersect the view range of the elevation.
Go to the elevation and change the clip to No Clip. You should be able to see all and make adjustments as needed.
