How do I insert a custom sized sidewall grille?

I'm working in a very specific project and I already found 2 things that are making my life miserable. One of them is that I need to insert a 250x210 mm sidewall grille, which, of course, is not part of the catalog. Is there a way to add it to the catalog (modifying any existing one or so)? Please help!

How familiar are you with creating a Block Based MvPart? That's all you'll have to do and it's fairly simple once you get the concept down.

AutoCAD MEP has plenty of equipment installed, but unfortunately it's impossible to put into account of every single piece of equipment ever made to satisfy all potential customers of the product. Thus, creating and maintaining your own catalog of custom parts will be something you should go ahead and adopt early on using AutoCAD MEP. Just a word of advice is all.

Is the grille a parametric part?
If so you should be able to edit the catalog sizes to add in the one you want.
