Default Tags' Leaders

The OOTB leaders for tags seems to be just a line with no arrowhead or dot blank. Can you change this?

That's done in your office template. Load the tags you use and assign the leader arrowhead you want for each. Save the template and have each workstation point to the office template instead. Set once..."forget".
