Map of the USA

I am looking for a map of the United Stated and it needs to have city's and major roads. I would love to find one that is native to the DWG or DXF formatting. Does anyone know where a person might find a source for such a file?

The USGS has free mapping data. You can download from the National Map Seamless Server. Maps with the kind of detail you're looking for are not usually available in dwg format.
