Revit MEP 2012 - Libraries not installing

Hello All: I have tried, twice to install from 2 sources including my resellers version of, Revit MEP 2012. The Templetes, Libraries (except 2 non-mep folders) aren't installing at all? THere also no showing up on the C:\ drive copy of the .exe folder. Does anyone know how to get the libraries out of the exe, or what myight be happening?

p.s. first week on a new job as Revit manager, I have don't this before and have never had a problem.

Make sure your Virus Scanning software is shut off. I've seen this occur when it was on. Also, verify you have Read/Write permissions (or have Power User or Admin rights) on the computer you are installing this on.

It worked! it was the antivirus that prevented it from installing fully. we shut off the anti-virus software on the local machine, then "unpacked" the install from server, burn to DVD (only accepts DVD), then ran repair/reinstall. Faster process, it take 2 hours to un-install + 1 hour to install again. Other way took an hour.
