Question when will a new dwg type be there?

    Hi,

We buy a new version of AutoCAD every 3-4 years. Soon we'll have to decide when to do that again. Because my students get the newest AutoCAD student version every year, I'd like to prevent differences with the dwg-type for them home vs school.

My question: does anyone know when the dwg type will change again? Current type is still a 2010 dwg.

    Many thanks,
    Erwin Jansen

They've been doing it every 3 versions, if that doesn't change it will be the 2013 versions.

which, based on previous years schedules, should be released at the end of March, 2012.
