Summary: Provide a new Phase filter / Phase graphic override called "Future" for elements of the structure that will be in a future phase. This is need for all versions of Revit

Description: Very often a project gets Phased to allow the contractors to bid on various parts of the job without incorrectly bidding on a part of the project they may not be doing.

To do this we very often send out plans that show only 1 or 2 phases of work.
For example, the foundation contractor is going to bid on the foundation walls and not the slabs or structural steel, so we detail the walls, and just graphically show the steel. There needs to be a way to phase the drawings showing current work, but also showing future work grayed out so that there is an understanding of the flow of work that is visible on the drawings.

The contractor needs to see the work they are bidding on as well as the future structural steel, which indicate anchor bolts, and slabs, which show slab dowels.

We have played around with reversing the way that phase filters are created so that the last phase is listed first and the first phase is listed last. This works great, except for the fact that you can't add additional phases at a later date, because they will happen before the framing they are supported on happen, meaning the work that is already complete will not be visible in those drawings.
