Default Automating the copy monitoring process of added column grids after they have been copy monitored.

Summary: Identify column grids that were added after they have been copy monitored

Description: We need a funtion added to the copy monitor command that would give users the ablity to identify and add new column grids that have been added to the arch model after we have copy monitored the original layout. We copy monitor column grids to our models for every project so we have control of them for our projects. The problem is identifying any new grids that have been added after we copy monotor them. it would be nice to have a feature to automatically identify any new grids and prompt us through the process to copy monitoring them into our models. Currently this is a time consuming process.
