    Default Civil 3D Data Shortcuts

Does anyone know how to identify the location of a data shortcut that has used network folders after the another drawing with a different data shortcut has been used? The data shortcut path should really be saved with the drawing shouldnt it? and not the last path that was used?

If the data shortcut still exists in the Data Shortcut collection, right-click on it choose Open Source Drawing.

You can also use the Data Shortcuts Editor (Start > All Programs > Autodesk > AutoCAD Civil 3D 20xx > Data Shortcuts Editor).

I do not know how to find the path of a data reference once it is in the drawing.
