Dynamic Double Elevation Bubbles

Hi There,

I have a dynamic Double elevation Bubble for ACAD 2010. I have everything worked out except one issue. One bubble on left, one bubble on right.
The right one is where I set my parameter for my rotate. Everything rotates fine except the text and line for the left bubble. What can I do to fix this?

I ahve attached the dwg file with the block inserted.

Can someone help me figure it out?

Add a Move Action the the Chained Position Parameter on the upper Attribs.
