    Default Duct Fitting Area

    Hi.

I am trying to calculate the sheet metal area for a duct fitting for cost estimating. I know that in the schedules for duct fitting there is a parameter for doing just that, however the out of the box fittings i have seen for elbows and transitions do not seem to be calculating this. Is there formulas that need to be added to calculate this or is this just not possible in Revit MEP? Does Revit have Hidden parameter to pull this information from?

    Thanks
