Revit and Design Review scale issue

Recently started using Design review, not too shabby. Although today when I opened up my revit file with imported dwf markups to my surprise the dwf was no longer scaled or aligned to the sheet. In fact the sheet had become a blip in the viewport. I tried removing the dwfs and re importing but to no avail, I am getting the same issue. Any thoughts?
