Just adding my two cents to this wish...this seems like it would be a no-brainer and part of the software already. Having transitioned from AutoCAD, in this regard, Revit is a serious step backwards. I work for an MEP firm so we have 3 disciplines to create sheets for, with subcategories under that (Lighting, Power, etc.) In AutoCAD I can set up sheets for a discipline, ensure everything is correct, and then save as to create the other disciplines. Run a few LISPs or scripts to automate repathing of titleblocks (we use nested arch. titleblock in discipline specific tbks), rename matchline references, rename view titles and sheet name. I recently set up a large 12 unit building in Revit...creating the sheets for this project was a nightmare. I venture to say it doubled or tripled my time for this task. I would like to see a way to copy or duplicate sheets with views, similar to the "apply dependent views" or sheet creation out of a sheet list schedule.
