Summary: Give the user the ability to edit the size of the homerun arrow on electrical circuits
Description: Give the user the ability to edit the size of the homerun arrow on electrical circuits. also fix the appearance of the arrows on multiple circuit homeruns. Second and third arrow move apart and off of the arc at times.

Summary: Give the user the ability to edit the size of the homerun arrow on electrical circuits
Description: Fix the appearance of the arrows on multiple circuit homeruns. Second and third arrow move apart and off of the arc at times. Single arrows are added to the end of the circuiting arc. They should be added so that the point of the arrow and the end of the arc are the same point. Currently the back of the arrow is where the arrow is inserted. Have them overlap. Also, give the user the ability to edit the size of the homerun arrow on electrical circuits.
